A permit is required to build structures in Lamoine, and they are available from the Code Enforcement Officer (CEO), Michael Jordan. His office hours are normally on Tuesdays from 9AM to Noon, except the third Tuesday of each month when he is in the office from 1PM to 4PM.  Mr. Jordan is also in the office on the last Saturday of each month from 9am until Noon.  To contact the CEO at other times, call the town office at 667-2242 and leave a message.
